Requesting positive vibes and prayers sent our way for our runt, we are trying hard not to loose her!

She never nursed, but mother still cleans and pottys her. I intervened and starting KMR. Unfortunately the formula went bad, and when I caught it, she had already digested some and it started affecting her poorly. I feel like a horrible mom.

We've brought her to the vet and we have her on sugar-water fluids, KMR milk (new batch although I'm wary) and of course on a heating blanket with the heater going at all times. I have been so stressed, I can't loose her! I bought some goat milk just in case too.

I just need some positive thoughts sent our way and prayers for our little baby. I have balled my eyes out a few times already and I don't think she is improving.

It was decided when I started bottle feeding that she would be the (one of maybe two) keeper. So I need positive vibes my way please!

Sending a lot healing and positive vibes and keeping all paws and fingers crossed for you and your little girl. She needs to make it. I remember your post where you talked to sweet and proudly about your little girl. Come on little one, you can make it!

Thank you for all the well wishes. Unfortunately she did not make it through the night. She passed around 5am yesterday. Hardest thing I have ever been through! Baby Angel is now in heaven, and I'm just happy to have had the pleasure of knowing her for her too-short life. I'm still very heartbroken, I had to take a sick day from work yesterday as I was a total wreck.

So very sorry to hear little Angel didn't make it through the night. She knew nothing but your love and will be watching over you now like a real Angel. A big hug for you. Hope the other babies are doing well!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It is never easy and knowing you were doing all you could do should bring some level of comfort that Baby Angel was ready to cross the bridge and be at peace. Lair Prayers are sent to the rest of the litter may they remain strong and healthy.

Purrs & Peace,
Patti

@RoobasMommy , ((comforting hugs)) I am so sorry for your loss of Baby Angel -
She only knew your love and took that with her to the bridge-
We are blessed with their love if even for a short while, they knew love- and touch our hearts forever-
Rest in Peace Baby Angel
You are forever in all the hearts you touched

Thanks everyone! It was very hard to accept this, and I still find it devastating. But I'm happy to have loved her! Baby Angel's memory will live on with me and I remember her every time I look at her siblings...One of which will forever live with me, so she will forever live on! Thanks again for all your kind and comforting words!

Ohhhh you are keeping one of the babies!? Boy or girl and do you have a name in mind?

We are keeping the female! Though I would happily keep all three of our remaining babies ;)

I haven't named her, as my hubby has been gone most the summer firefighting, and he wants to have part in naming! It's the least I can do as he's only seen them twice since they've been born (I send him pic updates daily though).

One boy will be reserved, and has a name already...Smeagol! So cute! But the family is waiting to meet them before they choose which one (or rather which one chooses them).

I think for the other male I might name Roswell. My grandfather gave me the name idea :)

Thank you! It's a tragedy I wish upon nobody. She is the first animal child I've lost since I was a little girl, and it was and still is extremely heartbreaking. I am staying strong for my other babies! As of now they are all passed out in my lap (and have been for the past hour)! It's a great way to heal the heart :cat:
