Noisy breathing through nostrils at times has anyone seen this?

When very relaxed my kitten breathes noisily / heavily through his nostrils, he has always been a heavy breather, but vet check never found issues.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Toly breathes noisy when he’s tired or sleepy (he doesn’t have to actually be asleep)

I too had this last year. It was so bad he started snoring at night and woke me up during the Winter month. I rushed him to the vet. He said it was the dry air I started using humidifiers around the house as my skin was getting very dry. Due to all the heating in the house. It worked like a bomb. Try one where he is sleeping in that room. I now always have an extra one by his bed and when I forget to refill it I notice his breathing is a little heavy
I am not sure if this is the same as your situation with keeping the house warm for them.

Jouët is a heavy breather when she sleeps. She also is the one I catch snoring sometimes lol.

Sometimes when Raphael is sleeping on my lap she is a heavy loud breather. I think it is when she is in a super deep sleep.

Aggie is a heavy breather and always has been. She snores/whistles in her sleep and you can hear her breathing sometimes from across the room.
