Now Sam needs well wishes

My heart still cries for the loss of my ^Duke ^ less than two weeks ago -

Now I need lair prayers for 2 yr old Sam Rottie my cuddly mommas boy -

Rushed him to vet today- his entire face swelled suddenly , eyes shut , horrific like those pics of dogs bit by snakes- he is an indoors only dog - we were out in the yard acreage and then 10 min later his face swelled -

Vet thinks he got stung or by something- he was treated and home with non stop love and care -
Breaks my heart to see him like this -

Please send prayers the treatment and medication starts healing him-
Poor boy can't even see out of his eyes -
I am his eyes on the end of the leash -

That's how wasp and Bee stings do me. I'm very allergic to them.
I carry a epi pen. It's so dangerous for me that if I don't get a shot within 15-30 minutes
I could die.

@Xandria , drink a glass of wine for me- all out here - had my last glass here with ^Duke^
As the song says as glass of wine and fight the break of dawn-
Coffee by the pot and staying up with him Sam has been ongoing

@Hairless Blessing , so glad you have an Epi pen- anaphylaxis shock is life threatening- my mom refuses to get an Epi pen and shrugs it off when I went to her last appointment -
I know you know exactly what we are gong thru with Sam- I am glad we got him in-

He is under constant care and can barely get his eyes open - hot swollen painful mess- He keeps trying to rub his paws on his face- vet said it will take a week- lots of meds care n love

@Catzzzmeow , to top it off, Zolo his littermate, had a mini like seizure two days after his monthly Revolution brand topical the other day.. Never had a problem with it in two years ..

His very irritated eyes are slightly more open, swelling still big and nasty- muzzle all swollen and lips too-
In good spirits for snuggly tummy rubs- very sleepy now - hurts my heart to see him so miserable-
Gave him a tramadol for pain relief too

Macie Bengal cat is very attached to Sam- she helps me checking on him sitting by him meowing

@Yoda mom it does take several days to get rid of the swelling. Praying for everyday improvement. So precious

@Catzzzmeow ,Just back from second trip to the vet today- e collar was too small like I said it would be and now back to the inflatable and more meds and creams -
He is as trooper and let's me work on him -
