My female is a year and a half old and hasn't had a normal bowel movement since we got her a year ago. She has been to the vet multiple times and been treated for all the basic parasites and intestinal funk. We are being told that she just has a sensitive stomach. Luckily she is otherwise a healthy little girl. We have tried several types of sensitive stomach foods with little to no improvement. Has anyone out there experienced this and found something that helps???

Not really the same but my baby was the same at the start. We didn’t move to a raw diet cous we weren’t sure how to go about it but be bought some grain free food. The other day whilst I was having a poop baby chicken was too and it was solid. I cried . Not sure if it helps but that’s my story

Cleo has a sensitive stomach/ food allergies. We had similar issues with her stool until we put her on a veterinarian recommended
diet and a probiotic.

Her feedings:
Morning, noon and night, 1/4 can Royal Canin wet with 1/4 cup Royal Canin dry the protein is venison. The morning feeding has a probiotic sprinkled on it.

She eats everything and occasionally begs for more.

@easter01 welcome to the lair family ;)
hope you can share an introductions thread of your sweetie.. Name? pic? :)

feeding nutrisource cat and kitten food to my IBD kitty after many food trials..
no recalls and for gut health. been feeding this for years now. no poo or skin issues with my 4 nakids.
switched them from Acana grasslands.

my dry food addict 9 years old eats Hills urinary hairball kibble along with nutrisource... learned hairball formulas can be good for poo issues.

I do not feed packaged treats.

for treats I give Hills oral care ( non prescription )

keep us updated
hugs and positive vibes n head smooches

look forward to pics of your sweetie

Has she been ruled out for IBD? Usually persistent diarrhea just means you need to find the right food that works for your situation. Hopefully you can find one. Keep trying.

Thank you, yes. Vet is saying sensitive tummy, nothing more. I went and purchased a protocol of food and probiotics that someone here found worked well for them. Gonna give it a shot. Fingers crossed!
