Hopefully the lump is from the injection and it will be gone soon. Please let us know what the vet said

Thanks @Toa and Ross yeah I hope so. It's more on his belly but on the side he had the injection. All though the injection was top of his leg? Could that still be possible?

I'm no specialist in this but I heard before that the lump showed in another place then the injection was given. But that it was still related to the injection. Hope the vet can tell you more. Sending lots of cuddles and hugs

With it more on the belly could it possibly be a hernia?

@Catzzzmeow i wondered that too. It doesn't appear to be connected to anything, more like a ball of fluid? Either way I'll have him checked out first thing in the morning

The vet was lovely. She thinks it's either a fatty lump or due to a bump or fall as now it's all bruised I've to go back in a week but if it changes to go straight back. It wasn't bruised last night in the pic I uploaded. I'll upload one now where it's gone red...

I'm sure it's nothing but it isn't half worrying :-( if that redness is more tomorrow he's going back, I'm not taking any chances with him.

Thank you all. I'll definitely keep you updated he doesn't appear in pain. I've touched the lump myself to check it and he was fine. He's still running, jumping, stalking be pouncing as normal haha

@Pierre I am assuming you mean not in pain. These guys are amazing and I swear they get crazy in the head and their bodies can't seem to keep up with them...lol. Azura within 2 dayside of coming home sprained/broke a toe falling off the cat tree. She was zooming all over and just she just could not keep up with herself...lol. Looking for daily positive updates to be coming our way.

Slightly less bruising today so will just carry on keeping a close eye on him still in good spirits. Even decided he was going to have a little chill in the bath haha...

Aww, he's a cutie. Rosie likes to sit in the bath after I've been in it when the tub is still warm, even though it's wet and still foamy from bubble bath
