Prayers for a peaceful bridge journey

Last night I got "the call" from my mom sobbingly saying "it is time, please go with me for Nikita cat"
Nikita is her 15 year old Burmese. My mom sobbed saying Nikita is the last soul remaining since her husband passed unexpectedly. He went to the hospital for a stomach ache check and got a systemic septic infection that killed him. He was not on any prescriptions and never had a surgery in his life. My mom grieves every day.

My mom lost the love of her life and now must give Nikita her wings to rainbows bridge. She says she remembered me saying when I lost my babies "you have to be their voice when they can't speak" ... She said she looked at Nikita's frail body and remembered..

We are making that heartfelt call to our vet this morning.. She has been there crying right along with us for each of our babies bridge crossings..

Please send lair prayers that Nikita has a peaceful crossing. I know she will find Kenny at the other side to pet her and be his "we wah" cat- Nikita loves him swinging her gently back and forth in his arms smiling saying "we wah" ..

Prayers for my Mom who feels that after Nikita's crossing everything she had with Kenny is now gone..

My mom just called.. She is at the vets office talking to the vet. She got there when they opened and my mom is not a morning person. Nikita is not with her. I know my moms heart is torn .. Only she can decide "when" and I believe she is talking to the vet to make sure she has tried everything for Nikita- soo soo heart wrenching..
I pray for peace for what is best for Nikita .. And strength for my mom

Dr Castro just got on the phone with me while in the office with my mom..
Kim is a wonderful animal loving vet- she agrees. It is time to let Nikita fly free to the bridge..
God speed little Nikita We wah Cat -- today you earned you wings baby - I will be right there with you and my mom..
