@Toa and Ross , and all, sorry been MIA.. been busy cooking ,trying to hand feed Boo sitting on the floor with him everyday multiple times a day. , running back and for to different stores for rice, gluten free rice flour based pasta etc . boiling chicken by the pack now.
no answers to what is wrong. he is on antibiotics for a few days now. last night was first time he went to his bowl. so I put 1/4 kibble and some chicken , tablespoon of pure pumpkin and non fat greek yogurt. he ate some of it. same thing this morning.
then helping my mom.. been go go go here.
I got Boo some sam-e and milk thistle for his liver support since he has raised liver enzymes. (did the same with my beloved Sam) and vet agreed to start Boo on it too. well, that didnt work right now he threw it up. so for now, will wait the rest of the antibiotic treatment and try again then.
I am so frustrated and saddened I dont know what is wrong with Sketch a Boo. $1200 dollars later and no diagnosis.
please continue to keep Boo in prayers. he is the sweetest soul
@Toa and Ross ,, plus had Gunnar his son 7 yrs old at vet Thursday for his wellness check, Senior Panel blood work,etc. awaiting his results, call from vet later today.
praying Gunnar is okay. he does have a half dollar size lipoma on his left side will monitor, hopeful a benign fatty tumor.

@Toa and Ross , I feel like I need to put a sign out "sketch a boo's kitchen".. I am trying my best, cooking , etc to get him to eat. he just wants boiled chicken and mini mini milkbones. giving him his antibiotics and omeprazole, then hours later a tablespoon of pumpkin topped with non fat greek yogurt or he wont eat the pumpkin. he always loved the pumpkin on his food. now I have to "hide " it with the yogurt on top and put in a little "icecream"cat dish.
just wanted a diagnosis and treatment plan. over $1200 in and no answers for relief.
doing the best I can at the end of the day. he is in good spirits, I just am afraid an ultrasound under anesthesia is too risky at his age etc. and chance getting a $1,000 photo imaging to tell me he may have cancer and I would not do chemo/surgery on. going to give him all the love and care I can. If it comes down to Palliative care, well , we will Power thru as Team Sketch a boo like I did with Bubba Bear and Sam.
only good news is Gunnar's senior panel blood work, T4 thyroid, urine and poo etc all good! he does have a lipoma (prob. just a little fatty thing) on his left side will keep an eye on.

@Annejo12 , @tuffysmommy , @Toa and Ross , @Sheldon13 , @nudebea ,@Beckinboots ,@Catzzzmeow and all update: still having the hardest time to get him to eat. I was hopeful last night when he ate 1/4 can of his usual wet food with some boiled chicken. sadly, 2 hours later threw it up. 
not sure if his antibiotic did any good he had before eating.
this morning, boiling rice, boiling chicken. I made tiny chicken rice balls. he ate about 4 . then spit out any of the teaspoon of rice I included in the bowl. He gets excited when I open the treat jar. I gave him 3 mini milkbones , they are the teeeniest compared to the large he got after dinner.
no diagnosis. xrays showed no obstructions, no bloat, only mildly enlarged liver.
blood work was increased liver enzymes. cant give hime the sam-e milk thistle for his liver maintenance bcz he just throws it up, tried once and stopped. continuing just trying to get him to eat and amoxicillin pill and omeprazole pill for his tummy and hour before trying to get him to eat.
he is in a pretty good mood, just don't know what the heck is wrong with him. the only thing I can think of is adrenal tumors, (since he was a maybe for cushings on his low dose dex cushings test) , stomach cancer or something else? I look back on the rotties I have had over my lifetime and it is hauntingly familiar when they had cancer.
keeping my paws crossed and quietly in my mind thinking please don't take my sunshine away. Of course, I will power on with Boo and always consider quality of life, right now he still trots out front and back, pretty good spirits but does do that moan sometimes when he is resting at my feet.

I too keep sending Lair Prayers. have you thought about a second opinion just in case your vet has missed something. I know you love them, but maybe an extra consult can help,piece this puzzle together.

no diagnosis but... I will take baby step progress..
last night got wellness core digestive health canned dog food , he is sick of boiled chicken.
Boo ate 1/4 can along with about 1/4 cup of wellness core age advantage digestive health. of course had to be in to sides of the bowl and not on top lol
this morning the same and he held it all down, and no runny poo
still on antibiotics I have to hand pill and he doesnt have a choice lol. down the hatch quick pilling .
this afternoon I covered a teaspoon of canned pumpkin with tablespoon of non fat greek yogurt for "icecream time"
still has occult blood traces on vetstix 11 and suspicious becz the test strip shows slight increase in glucose reading. should be blue, but tests at light green consistently even though blood work report was zero glucose.
I tested Gunnar and myself lol and the strips stay negative blue.. starting to wonder if he is pre diabetic? wouldnt be my first rodeo with canine diabetes. he has something going. elevated liver enzymes and mildly enlarged liver. still drinking more water than usual and peeing for 20+ seconds each time I take him out every 2-3 hours very dilute urine by the afternoon
