Yeah! I'm so glad she made it through surgery. I've been thinking of her all day today on my way to England! I finally was able to connect to WiFi- just to long on and find out how she did! <3

Courtney and Mark, when Elvy got spayed I just used a baby onesie on her, snipped a bit out for her tail and sewed up the neck line like Cathie suggested. If you don't have the time to get a post surgery shirt! *hugs*

Courtney--I sent you a pm about the shirt--we used a soft collar on Cleo because a shirt would snag on the stitches on her belly. This was after her surgery to remove yarn from her small intestine.

Yay! I'd been checking for an update several times, though offline, and was thrilled to see she did so well with the transfusion and surgery! Sending love, healing vibes, and prayers!!

So Mark and I celebrated Emma's successful surgery with some sushi. Then it was off to the store where we got some cute onsies and a baby wipe warmer for Miss Emma Leigh!

I pray I can sleep tonight because I'm soo excited to see her in the morning.

Thanks to everyone for all your love and support, we still have a road ahead of us, but when we have such an amazing group of people to support is on our journey, it makes a world of difference!

This is by far the biggest group hug I have seen on The Lair. It feels good and Emma has grounded all of us and for the newbies it has to be refreshing to see a community come together and rally for a loved one!

Hope she loves the wipe warmer...lol. If the wipes are not really moist add a bit of water to the top one...works wonders

I have my Emma shoes and my BNK shirt on, I've got my Sphynx Lair shirt ready to go so she has smells of home. I love that the BNK shirt has Emma Leigh over my heart...that is where she is and always will be forever!

I feel like a kid at Christmas watching the clock to go see her this morning...
