Raw food and dirty greasy nails?

Has anyone noticed a difference between feeding canned and kibble and raw food On their toenails? I have started raw recently (3weeks). I have noticed that my cats nails are very very greasy and oily .

No, I don't think the food would effect the nails unless he is digging at the raw? :)
