Really need help (rash)

I have posted a few times here but I I reeaaally need help or suggestions!! I'm desperate I've been to our bet now 3 times and they have no idea what is wrong with my cat. Hes had this 'rash' on him for about a year now and its progressively gotten worst and worst. Hes been on allergy meds,antibiotics and an antibiotic shampoo that hasnt helped at all!!

Has anybody at all seen anything like this!? I'm heartbroken that I can't help him

They said because they didnt suspect mites or bacteria/fungus they didnt think it was necessary?

I suggested Utica Pigmentosa as the pictures online look very similar as well but they just brushed that off as well!

It looks yeasty to me, in which case it is actually fungal, so antibiotics would not help.
