RIP Elliot

Some of you might remember my post on the introduction thread from the other day. We got Elliot 6 days ago,he was neglected but making great progress- he was eating the right food, gaining energy and getting clean, but this morning just after we woke up he passed away. It was sudden, as he had been up and pestering us for a hot water bottle at around 5am, but at least he wasn't suffering. The vet thinks it might have been a heart condition or due to his previous diet. Thanks for all your messages on the other thread,and the advice on these forums definitely helped us help him a great deal.
