Yes about 2 weeks I was trimming but thread! I'm so glad it is out. That took a long time! Wow. Im glad he's doing well and he's beautiful.
It kinda did go wrong. This was a very close call and a costly mistake on my part. Let my experience be a warning to others. I swear I will lint roll the carpet every time I sew from now on because the vacuum I have just doesn't pick up all the thread. I feel so lucky he passed the thread but the dehydration almost did him in. I am so grateful and honestly believe that he is here today thanks to everyone here and their loving prayers. What a happy ending - that could have gone so terribly wrong. I found Molly trying to eat a piece of loose thread off a blanket last night - it was about 8 inches long. They can really find a way to get into trouble with anything!!!
Thank you so much he weighed in at 0.794 kilo this morning so I think the weight gain will happen pretty quick now. He ate about a tin and a half of food yesterday ( you know those lil short cans but not the super tiny ones) so his appetite has returned in force. His fur seems to look better too. It wasn't as soft when he was sick but I didn't even realize until it started to improve. Time to play catch up. He should probably weigh more like 2 kilo at this age (about 4lb) as he is 4 months old.So wonderful it is finally all out! Hoping he gains weight fast and feels 100% soon! They look so cute together! He's got a wonderful Cornie head and beautiful waves coming in!
