Scarlett got spayed today :(

So today was the big day. Scarlett was spayed and Mariah and I are so so happy that we had our vet spay her vs the ASPCA or any of those programs (for those of you who had seen my post a while ago, I was having difficulty deciding because of costs).
My entire vets office loves Scarlett and she always gets so much love and attention when we visit so I knew she was in good hands.
As far as the surgery, they said she pulled out her IV catheter twice while they were trying to prep her but finally they were able to keep the third one in! Besides that, everything went great.
When we picked her up, she was crying like crazy but now we are home and giving her sooo much love and we are watching her like hawks so make sure she's okay!

It sounds like the procedure was a success! Yay! That last picture is heart-wrenching! Poor little thing went through an ordeal today!

Poor baby! She looks so darling sleeping. I'm sure after a good nap she'll be up running like nothing happened & you'll be working trying to keep her from jumping. :)(y)

She woke up not too long ago and already tried jumping from the floor , to the chair, to the desk, to the dresser. And I was chasing behind like a lunatic! Haha
