@MaoSphynx It worked! I was at my dad's and they came over and I said hey Dad, let's take a walk (I told him my plan) I looked at Emily and said your Uncle and I are going to buy the Denman's house. She looked at me with a huge smile and said really?! I said well, no...April Fools. She smirked and said awwww with a frown...she is quite the drama queen. It was so cute. She went from elated to disappointed in a minute, but she enjoyed the humor the most I think and that is what counts.
