I finally picked up my lil Sphynx girl Luna!! I am so incredibly happy and she is everything and more than what I was expecting!! She has settled in really well and seems confident, though she hasn't eaten much today yet. One thing that COULD maybe become a problem is her relationship with my existing cat (Yoda). I introduced them slowly but Luna hisses and growls a lot! Yoda seems to back down and run away and im just concerned she will feel pushed out of her own home by this young new comer!! Thanks for any advice! And heres a lil pic!!

Luna is such a beautiful girl, such a lovely photo.
I also LOVE the name Luna. We have that on our shortlist of names for our next little girl. :)

I am sure with more time they will get better, it can take a little bit. Just be sure that Yoda is still getting lots of love, cuddles and playtime with you. I am sure in a few weeks they will be a lot better and the hissing will stop as well. They are just still getting use to one another, and the change. :)

Can't wait to see more photos.
Take care! <3

Congratulations with Luna. She's a stunning beauty. Most of the time it takes about two weeks before cats are used to eachother. Slow introductions can be necessary. @Hairless Blessing did give you a link with great info. Hopefully Luna and Yoda will get used to eachother soon.

Hello! Things are gradually getting better! We dont really have the type of house for separation but the hissing is steadily decreasing. Luna is becoming more inquisitive and sitting closer to Yoda each day. Yoda allows it for a while then begins hissing, but progress is progress!! Last night I had Yoda on my lao while Luna slept beside me! I am just completely struck by what an amazing cuddly cat she is, I have fallen head over heels.

@ChloeandPenny sounds like things are going well. Being that you are not really keeping them separate, I have to say it sounds like everything will work out just fine.

Awh, that is adorable, so nice to have a cuddly kitty!
So glad that things are slowly starting to get better. Each day I am sure it will continue to get even better!
:) Thanks for the update!
