Hello, please help. Sphynx kitten 4 months old. there are redness on the skin and bumps on the skin of the back. Everything, as in the photo. Tell me, maybe someone came across something similar? What could it be or what does it look like?

Doesn't wear clothes, didn't change food, we give quite high quality, especially for kittens. The litter is well formed and stable. We use fabric softener. Everything else was washed with water and from everywhere the meaning of various detergents. For this reason, the veterinarian was visited twice, but unfortunately to no avail.

@Oleg , ((hugs)))) soo frustrating..what did vet diagnosis? tagging @Catzzzmeow , @Toa and Ross for their thoughts

some kitties have been sensitive to chicken ingredients.. have you tried single source protein.. I share in the frustrations.. had to do some food trials with my baby and process of elimination with laundry detergents etc.

@Oleg , brainstorming is your baby a female? spayed? or intact? we have seen some rashes that were hormonal in previous posts pic.

Thank you very much for your empathy, the veterinarian did not make any diagnosis (he has only guesses). Kitten boy is not neutered.
We will try to exclude various chemistry from life.

@Oleg , hugs n positive vibes you find answers.. just brainstorming maybe hormonal in male kitties as well? some have shared in previous posts odd shaped rashes that were hormonal.. some pics in one of the older threads.. not sure if up close looks like any of these pics

Fungus, ringworm, or what?!

I will look into the care credit now. It has been these exact marks since he was a kitten. I was guessing maybe there was a tabby in his lineage and these appeared from pure genetics?

Went to another vet and got recommendations. Hypoallergenic food, bathe 3 times a week, change food, and treat for ectoparasites (in order to prevent dermatological diseases). We will try to thank you very much for your help and support.

Hope the new food will make the rash go away. If not and the rash is getting worseand causing wounds I would ask the vet to take a biopsy to test on Uticaria Pigmentosa.
