Some Good News

The new medicine that the vet prescribed (leukeran) for Finn seems to be working. His red cell volume went from 28% to 38% after one week of treatment! He's now in the normal range and isn't anemic at the moment. We're going to do two more weeks at the 3 times a week dose along with his daily prednisolone. If he's still stable, we are going to try tapering some of the meds then. I'm saying my prayers and crossing my fingers that this does the trick for him.
