Thank you so much Robin ^_^ I used liquid acrylic for the bunnybird, dagger girl and the last pic of the girl with the lynx skull. For the rest, I used marker.

Woooooooooooow! I never heard of liquid acrylic. I guess there are new products out there compared to when I used to paint/draw. Unless you mean the acrylic that is thick and in a squeeze tube. LOL That I used to use.

I've done some nice stuff with gel pens too ... believe it or not.

@GoldHazel - liquid acrylics are basically like concentrated inks and come in small glass bottles with droppers. I use them the way I would watercolor you should get back into drawing and painting!!

@Hairless Blessing - I may or may not have created something special that the Lair is not allowed to see yet I've also done a portrait of a friend's sphynx, but it was a while ago.

Thank you, @Helsinki, for telling me about the acrylics in the glass jars. Years ago when I moved into this house, I wanted to start painting again so badly for two reasons:
1) I had cable t.v. for the first time and used to LOVE watching Bob Ross.
2) We have three skylights in the back of our family room and I wanted to set up an easel there so badly.

But life gets in the way sometiimes as you know and I've never gotten back into it. But I did make a craft room years back and had a ball teaching myself how to decoupage. I did some other crafts painting small items, etc. But then life got messy, LOL and that craft room became a sort of storage room and I haven't gotten back in there to do my crafts again. But I do plan on it. It was so relaxing and rewarding.

I was just wondering if you did something a little different like your pics that are posted?
I am not looking for another oil painting.

Yes - I like doing animal portraits very much in the style of the stuff I have posted (the pug pic in the "Christmas project" thread is a good example)
