Just a thought, is there any way we could do a 2 year calendar of some of the best pictures of what the sphinx lair has maybe we could submit 1 photo for each of our kiddos and do something cool maybe collage pages and coordinate them per type of photo and we could purchase for our homes. I never see sphinx calenders in the store.

I think for those of us that can manage to get our sphinx together in a group photo if we have more than one that would be helpful since there will be a ton of photos. Let us make it clear that photos will not be returned so people are to send copies as it would not be cost efficient to send them back to people. I think we should mark special holidays with kitties dressed up in their Easter or Valentines and Christmas best just play with it make it fun.

I think I would like to do this I love to scrapbook and have Plenty of craft supplies words sayings paper etc...We have a ship and copy place in town and I will ask them this week if they can help with the printing, then I can come up with a price. This will be very time consuming but I think it will also be very custom....Iam not into the digital aspect of things as iam old fashion I like glue paper and scissors LOL. I could make borders frames etc...this would be a nice winter project. We would have to have a dead line for entering pictures so they can be sorted, and cropped. It would be nice if I had a fellow Lairian near to help with all this....are there any upstate Lairians that would want to crop and scrap for a weekend...bed and meals provided LOL.

I would come up with a "sphynx Theme of the month...not just a human theme like a regular calendar.

I really thing this would be amazing. If we can get a project team together to gather pics, and make choices for each month, there are programs that could create the calendars. We could then share the pdf or digital document for individuals to print or we could set a price and coordinate via pay pal to have them printed.

Vista Print is running a special for 7.99 each calendar to print (this does not include shipping). We could set a price to cover the cost, shipping and maybe a little extra for a kitty account for any misc things that come up on the lair (i.e. flowers for a member, help the lair, etc) just a thought.

I totally think we need to do this for the 2014 calendar year....SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Let me know if anyone is interested in volunteering to be on the calendar committee and we can set up a meeting.

OK Everyone...

I think we need to get a committee together for the Official Sphynx Lair Calendar! This is where we can make all the decisions around how this will work, timing, suppliers, etc. If you are interested in joining, please PM me your email address (the formatting in PM is hard to put in a project plan on any forum...haha).

Look forward to us discussing all idea's and making decisions on how we want to see this move alive!
