Hi everyone!
In about a week or so we will be going on holiday to a luxury bungalow (with a private sauna, jacuzzi and everything!) and we are bringing Lucifer. Does anyone have any advice to make it as stressfree and fun for him as possible? We are bringing as much of his stuff as possible like his cat tree, blankets and favourite toys but perhaps you can think of something I haven't thought of yet.
Any imput is much appreciated!

We do hotels with Nofuratu, and sometimes Vladimir all the time.
Dont forget to bring the scoop with your travel litterbox, and food dishes.
Definetely lots of toys...it helps when they start tearing around the room meowing at 2am.
And the fuzzy blanket that smells like home is very important.
Of course you have allready thought of all that, so I think you are good to go!
If you are going out with him you will want your stroller, leash/harness or whatever you use.
Maybe a life jacket for when the jaccuzi is full? LOL

How is he for traveling? If he is not used to it, I would start taking him out. As much as possible.
Not sure I would bring the cat tree, but thats just me. Mine have soft kennels that they go from house to car and car to hotels, so they have a "safe place" to hide if they want. Toys, food bowls, food, treats, I give mine only bottled water when they are not home, just in case. Blankets. All mine wear their harnesses the entire time we are not home, Plus leashes when transporting to/from the car. Clothes for your cat, if he normally wears them.

Hmm, looks like everything is covered already?? Well, his food & favorite treats... & perhaps a supply of baby wipes in case of nervous poo accidents? Wouldn't hurt. Have a safe & fun trip!!!

Thanks for the imput guys! Good idea to bring blankets that smell of home, I'll save the clean ones for when we get back  I hadn't thought of the wipes yet, they may come in handy! We're bringing the cat tree because we don't have anything else for him to scatch... Luckily he loves going outside on his leash, he enjoys car rides and we recently got a stroller too. So we'll definately bring warm sweaters for outside, winter's coming after all!
We're really looking forward to it, I really need a vacation!

I definitely agree about the blankets. When I moved from my apartment to my house, I purposefully left a few extra out for a couple of extra weeks and let them get their scent on them and placed them in the spots I wanted them to lay when we moved into the new hours. You won't be at the place for long but it will help him not to panic. Just make sure you show him the letterbox first off too! Other than those things, they are pretty adaptable!

I forgot to add....no matter where we go...even if its just grocery shopping...
Nofuratu brings his little "purse" which holds:

A travel size baby wipe container (for emergency neck and ear cleaning)
Travel size q tip holder (for speedy booger extraction)
Travel size "clip on" snack container (for emergency snack attacks)
his business cards 4 his blog & facebook page. (for future fans)
his official therapy pet ID (for when someone tries to kick us out)
little breathmint case with cat treats in it. (just because)
Leash and harness (in case he gets sick of riding in the cart)

We never leave home without the travel litter, camera, a bag to carry him in, fuzzy blanket and he always wears a collar with bells during outings, so if he gets loose I can hear him......and so no one mistakes him for a large rat and smacks him with a broom when Im not looking.
