here are the new pictures kimo's breeder just sent me. his mama got in on a couple. he's so adorable and i am so excited and just can't wait until april!!! my husband has agreed to take a day of leave to watch the baby, so i can fly out to pick the kitten up, instead having to ship him (and worrying like crazy the whole time!).

OMG, he's precious!! I love that you're flying to pick him up...the whole idea of shipping makes me a nervous wreck, too. i know they do it all the time without incident, but I could tell some scary stories of things I saw working in an animal hospital to animals after they were shipped.

thanks, y'all! i seriously CANNOT wait to get him home! i'm so madly in love! my hubby still thinks i'm nuts, but ariana loves him, too. whenever i show her his pictures, she starts jabbering madly, with an occasional "kitty! mow! mow!" thrown in.

brooke, yup, he's a red tabby. here's one of the first pics i saw of him (4wks) that shows his awesome markings.

tanya, he'll be home around april 22. i'm going to look at tickets after ariana goes to bed tonight.

here's the latest pics from kimo's breeder. he's 8 weeks old, 1lb 11oz. he's growing into such a handsome boy. his breeder says she now has to actually LOOK for him amongst the other kitties- he no longer sticks out because he's so small. his eyes are loosing that murky baby blue color, too!
