Hi to all.
One of our Sphynx has strange black bump filled with a dark liquid, maybe blood.
If you squeeze the liquid comes out.
I have attached 2 pictures, maybe someone can give us a good advice about what could it be.

No, they are not blackheads.
Both "take a bath" every day and after coconut oil.
Bumps are only in the area shown in the pictures, not on the tail.

They are not listen in the post...
I thought ingrown hairs with a type of infection, but the liquid is brown / black

My best guess would be blackheads due to the black spots and being on the head. But if it's only blood that can't be it. Could it be blood blisters?

Might be time to check with your vet. I doubt anything serious. Clogged pores can have fluid in them. They don’t look infected.

So the spots are only ingrown hair with some dirt, nothing to worry.
What is surprising is that Jadu has entrapment of epiglottis (no-one in many year noticed this)... this is provoking irritation and infection in the troth.

He is strong and this will not be a big problem.
