Swallowing

My baby seems to just be sitting here and swallow...like we do...but seems like a hard swallow...maybe it's just me!! But anyone else notice this.

Can you look inside her mouth and make sure she doesn't have anything stuck?
Could she have eaten something she should not have ?

Can you post a video of her ?

Does she seem in distress ? If so you need to check with your vet


Sometimes my kitty eats her wet food and licks her lips etc still swallowing her food

Nothing is in his mouth...its like u know how we swallow our saliva
..he does that but a bit more pronounced...hes done it since I got him.

It's a good question you can call and ask the vet in the morning too

I would definitely talk to the vet just to make sure.

The only time mine do that is when they are dreaming and I think they must be dreaming that they are eating!

A vet check would definitely be a good thing.

I’d check with your vet. Sounds like a possible nasal drip issue since you said always has done it.

I'm thinking its nasal drip also talking to my vet...I'm changing some things in the household...including quiting smoking...anything for my baby!!

Yup, quitting isn't easy. I must have tried over a dozen times before I finally gave it up and that was just over 20 years ago. Now I only smoke cigars on occasion and definitely NOT in the house.

Hes doing great...now me struggling with the quiting but doing good so far a pack of smokes is lasting 2 days in stead of almost 2 packs a day...blahh
