Yes you need to add supplements they make that clear. They are selling meat only. Chubs is a generic term for the packaging. All meat from them comes in a plastic tube and is frozen directly after grinding. If you buy large quantities of ground hamburger from a store or some butchers they come in similar packaging and are referred to as chubs.
Still thinking that is the best option for me. My local butcher won't grind bones in with the meat. So back to Hare Today. I'd just have to get some additional ground meat to add to get ratio right. They sell the Alnutrin too so easy enough to get everything in one place.
