two sphynx cats and new to the site

hi all, just a quick introduction, we have 2 sphynx, our second little one - a little girl has only been with us a day and a half and is already sharing a bed with our first big gorgeous boy!! Ally will be 12 months old at the end of this month and Noodle will be 7 months about the same time. didn't quite realise how MASSIVE our little man was until our delicate little girl was next to him - he's huge! but being very gentlemanly and sweet to his new gf. both neutered so no issues there - and i think they're a little bit in love with each other already! Alazar is our first ever sphynx, a rehome from a UK association from when he was 6 months old - and it didn't take us long to start looking for a gf for him - we think Noodle is mrs right! they make a lovely couple

we had some tummy issues at first with Al but quickly recognised that he just didn't like the litter we were using - dirty protest! and after he's been on antibiotics, twice, he had a really awful upset tummy - for over a month both times - purely to do with the antibiotics - have found Royal Canin food (digestive comfort / sensible 33) to be the best way forward - he's fine now !

hi, thanks! tbh we have hundreds of pictures of Alazar but only a few of Noodle or the two of them together - we only got Noodle on Thursday night and she's pretty speedy, doesn't stay still long enough to get a decent pic unless she's asleep!! if you look closely in the third pic here you should just about see her behind our big boy she's like a beany baby compared to him!

Well thanks! Ra is actually an American; I got him when I lived there...

I'm up north in Leeds and you are right I'm a tattooist but I'm pretty much stuck in a wheelchair right now so that's been put on hold but I've just got some new machines that don't need a footpedal so that might all change

thanks! yeah it's harder than i thought it might be - he's always has such a sweet nature that i wsa convinced he wouldn't bother getting all hissly but i was wrong! Alazar seems a bit awkward and bumbling at times, tries to lick a BIT too much and gets a slap in the face - luckily Noodle is used to dealing with big boys and knows how to handle him! it's not perfect but it's getting there!!
