Wants to adopt a kitten or sweet young cat

I live and Ohio and have 2 dogs and 2 kids. Looking to get a sphinx cat again. I bought one near by and it had a birth defect and passed away 2 months later. The breeder promised another one and it's almost been 2 years later and they had one that was supposed to be due in November and somehow she's ghosting us now so I'm trying to get another one for the kids as soon as possible and don't have money to pay for another one fully.
