It’s starting to feel a bit more real now LOL. Last week our breeder asked if we were close to either of the airports near the city. She is shipping several kittens up north with nanny couriers and wanted to know if it was better for us (that is on the 19th) I hate city driving and with how screwed up airports are these days, I would rather drive a bit longer and feel more in control of the day. We could be stranded at an airport for hours if flights are delayed/cancelled etc. She is driving up from FL with some kittens as well as ours) and her adult cats on the 21st arriving the 22nd (if weather is kind) so she can finally enjoy Christmas with her family. We will go on the 23rd as planned unless something changes. We have vet wellness check set for the 27th. No available late appts on the 23rd, they are closed the 24th and 25th and our fav vet’s first appt for wellness check is 27th…so we are just rolling with it at this point. Hubby is on vacation Christmas week so that is an added plus!

Can’t wait to pick her up…new Gotcha Date is Christmas Eve Day. The breeder had some setbacks due to so many flights being delayed. She even tried to fly her up the last couple of days but too many delays and 2 of her 3 couriers were sick. We are just trying to roll with it.
