What role does your Sphynx play in you life?

Please tell us, what is your Sphynx role in your life, where does he or she line up in your family?

Spencer is my child, very much a member of the family.

Bronx-e IS my soul mate! I used to think he was my kitty soul mate.... but recently have noticed that he is my one and only soul mate. I love my FI and my other pets... but my relationship with Bronx-e is just so different. He's my baby.

My girlies, Bea and Winny are my babies too. They're more like my children.

Our oldest son moved out, Max moved in, he is a big part of my husband, daughter and myself lives we think he makes our life interesting!!

Nofuratu is definetely my soulmate....I often have thought of him as my "baby" but we have a deep bond that I havent had with all my cats.
My depression was really bad last year (and this one) and Christmas day was particularly brutal. I ended up spending the day in bed, crying and couldnt come down to watch the kids open their presents! This upset my husband, and we started getting in a heated discussion about me not being able to get out of bed.....Nofuratu climbed on top of me in the middle of it, and put his chin down on my chest like he was stuck to me like glue! Then he started meowing loudly at my husband....like he was telling him to be quiet....LOL. He always seems to know how I feel, and know what to do to help..so I picked soulmate instead of family member.

It was hard to pick between best friend and soulmate. She really is both - I didn't put family member because my children say I treat her better than them!

I feel the same way. When I am on my way home, I cant wait to hear her bell coming up the stairs and her climb or jump to my shoulders. I feel she misses me as much as I miss her.

I consider Roobas my son...He will always be a very important member in my family, and never would he be left behind. We are actually going to get family pictures this Summer of my fiance, myself and our Roobs. And once my fiance and I are ready to plan our first pregnacy, you can bet money that Roobas will included in those family pictures, as well

My Izmae is my baby, my only baby. So, she is part of our family.
A very, very, important part at that. She and I are like peas and carrots.

Without hesitation, I chose "soul mate." When we found out about Gabe's cancer, at one point I told Steve "I don't think I can live without him." I meant it. He is my reason for getting up in the morning, and my reminder to go to sleep at night. No matter what has gone wrong in my day, he is always right there with a comforting "prrrrow" and face rub to make it all okay. He is my love, my life, my everything.

Please tell us, what is your Sphynx role in your life, where does he or she line up in your family?

I have several pets and love them all very, very much, but I must say my Boone went straight to my heart instantly. He is a very loyal kitty even though still a kitten. He seems to be by my side like 90% of the time. & when he's not, all I have to do is call him by name, & he comes running to me. This breed definitely owns you. They give you no choice but to instantly love & adore them to pieces! I share all my meals with him, & he sleeps with me every night. I just pray that I have many years with him.
