Oh my hat this is the best picture of the day. Especially when I have been doing so much research today on the the declining figures of students who no longer read for pleasure that is effecting their grammar and writing skills and how to try and motivate them to get off devices. The answer is easy get yourself a Sphynx cat you will never be able to have the opportunity to enjoy a moment of peace on your notebook again.

He looks like the chief editor proof reading your dictation notes. To make sure they are spot on. I love it.
My monkey likes to rearrange my bloody settings himself. He has created the most amazing short cuts on my laptop as well as delete my WiFi settings. Hence I no longer have a functional laptop

Marcus cannot sit on the keyboard anymore, since he deleted 3/4 of a nearly finished book that Bob had been writing for about 6 months. Needless to say, that was the closest Marcus came to becoming unalive. I know that Bob is merely the scribe, and Marcus dictates the books. If you want to judge for yourself, look up Robert Lee Beers. Poor Marcus doesn't even get a collaboration credit.

Stamping my feet!!! Too funny to this outsider but i’m sure Bob was fit to be tied. I’m sure Marcus just looked incredulous at all the hubbub about it….”what could have possibly caused all that?”

Omg… Bob must have been pfffftd. Hope he learned his lesson and backs up his work regularly now.
Yeah, Bob was pretty mad. He managed to recover most of the book, and it wasn't long before he was forgetting to close the laptop again. ;) So now we know whose fault it is when he has to rewrite.

Thanks, Nastasja (I hope I spelled your name right!). We're glad you liked it! I must admit, I don't read them, because I'm not fond of the fantasy aspect, but I contribute by thinking up weird plots.

Yeah, Marcus doesn't have too many brain cells, so he couldn't fathom what was going on. After all, he was just warming his tushie and toes…

Toni loved the cable box until we cut the cord. She had this grest sheepish look. No harm was done but i bet she sat on something else in another of her homes that wasnt looked upon kindly.

I thought of Marcus the other day and since when Toni stepped on the laptop as I looked away and I lost all of my intricate calculations for my end of 2025 withholding. It was 5 am of the last day to change my paycheck. I howled at her and grabbed her by the middle and plopped her on the floor. I tried to redo my work but alas even the unsaved workbooks link couldn't save me. I felt really bad but it was the workday so I only had so long to pet her and try to make up. After work she sat on my lap, looked into my eyes, and discussed, in a tone of voice I never heard before, how insulted she was at her treatment. It broke my heart. I have learned to always save my work before I look away and to be totally prepared at all times for computer glitches, feline or other.
