Hi

My Name is Natasha and i am from the United Kingdom. I live in Devon and I have a Sphynx cat.

I kind of stumbled across him really. I have always loved and wanted a Sphynx but never been able to really afford one with having a busy family life.

However one day I was flicking around on the internet when I saw an advert for a 'pre-loved' sphynx male neuter. I couldn't resist and phoned.

He was 2 and a half and very unhappy in his current home. We agreed a price (very cheap) and I have now had him 6 months.

To start with he was awful he beat up 1 of my other cats, messed in the house. Urinated all over the place and was a real handful.

However, several trips to the vet later, some advice from a behavioral specialist and lots of love and patience he is my baby.

I adore him, he adores me. I cannot imagine not having him in my life. He is very possessive and is still learning to share (he is one of 5 cats) but we are getting there now.

He will now happily be bathed, put on his suncream and let me clip his nails and look after him.

He really is a beautiful boy.

Thanx for sharing your story with us. Bless you for having the patience to reform your kitty and give him a good life. My Sphynx, Boone is also 1 of 5 cats. I've only had him for 7 weeks, but I love him dearly. Stay connected with us, & send some photos when you can.
