15 More Sleeps!

The countdown is on (who am I kidding its been on forever) only 15 more sleeps until I can snuggle my little Toothless!

I have made all my plans!
I am leaving work the day before I pick her up at lunch and I will be driving the 3hrs to the city the breeder lives in.
I booked my hotel room for the Friday night and that way I can get up bright and early to go and get my new baby!

Everything at home is ready to go, I've got a new litter box for in room where she will be spending the first few days.
I've stocked up on litter and picked up a huge order of raw food!

I've been telling Elfie every morning that its one less sleep until her new sister comes home! (I don't think shes as excited as I am)

But all that is left to do is wait!!!

I have gotten some very mixed reactions ..

But since the first time I watched How to Train Your Dragon I have wanted a black sphynx named Toothless.
I just feel like the Night Furry and the sphynx are some how related! They act so much alike!

I agree. The Night Fury is the most believable in the movie, and Toothless is just too cool!!!! And my Sphynx remind me of the dragon. Too cool.

@MelissaAlice : the moment your really think you can't stand the waiting anymore, just look at the photo's and scream out loud "thoothless". Time won't go faster by doing that and people will think you're crazy but hey at least you did get the frustration of waiting out in the open.

(sorry for the constant posts, it's to try and keep my sanity during the wait, its not really helping)

Hah, I find the closer it gets to gotcha day (still over a month for me), the *more* time I spend browsing this site, which doesn't help!

And nearly every day for the last 6 months, my husband or I will tell the other "I want my kitten right MEOW" or other various cat themed words. Thanks to the Big Bang Theory for introducing us to "mewow", that's been used daily since we heard it. Don't worry, you're not crazy yet!

We do indeed have 8 more sleeps!!

I don't know about in the States but in Canada Monday is Family Day so I don't have to work.
Then I will be leaving work at lunch on the Friday! I will be picking up a friend and we are making the 3hour drive.
I'll spend the night in a hotel and then pick my little Toothless is be held hostage .. lol

Then I've taken Monday and Tuesday off too!! I want to spend some quality time with my new baby!!
