Have you and your vet thought about IBS? Talking to Johnnys breeder, she thinks thats what it is and that its because I was gone so much and he is so attached to me. She thinks its the stress and the vet thinks this too. She says the IBS flares up and then just gets worse until its treated.

Just a thought???

The treatment is steroids to calm the bowels. I guess once it starts it just gets worse. I think this is what I am dealing with. I might have it narrowed down. Im wondering if Gummis has gotten so bad that you just cant get it calmed down. I would ask the vet. His breeder says she is almost 100% sure thats what his problem is. One of his sons is the same way and I am wondering if Gummi might have it too. It sounds kind of the same because they cant find any thing else.

hmmmmm, I know yesterday another Dr came in to consult and did mention steroids, they decided against it for some reason, I am so tired and stressed I can't remember why, but I am supposed to call and update them today and I will ask, thanks for reminding me.

Johnny is feeling better tonight. He seems to be more like himself tonight. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Now lets get Gummi better!

Finally some happy news around here! I'm so glad Johnny is feeling better. Getting excited about poop is a great thing isn't it?
