@pussiette the Vet has her on a single protein diet, Rabbit her favorite! Just can‘t find all rabbit treats for her so she’s not very happy at the moment.

It was late last night and I should have included, they also make a “rabbit nib” that is almost the same thing and can be used as treats but is more cost effective. The ingredients differ a bit because it is supposed to be a balanced diet. But there are no other proteins.

Arya's primary put her on Atopica (cyclosporine oral solution) for her skin condition, has anyone used this medication before? It's a autoimmune medication, her vet said if this doesn't work she will need to do a biopsy under anesthesia, she wants to avoid this, she does not want to put her under anesthesia because of her HCM.

Never used it before.
They do have anesthesia protocols for heart disease, but definitely best to avoid it altogether if at all possible.
What rabbit food do you have her on? What brand?

Ok. Just making sure it wasn’t raw. Because raw rabbit fed as a sole diet does not have enough fat or taurine. But manufacturers add those elements into a can or kibble to make it balanced.
