Aaaawwww! :Adore: :Adore: Thank You for the pictures, I just love them! They are gorgeous, and all look to be seal points with white, one of my favorites just like Ciel. Please give them each big kisses to each of them on their little wrinkly foreheads from me! :Kiss:

omg more baby pics! You can pack up the little one with the off-centered skinny blaze on his nose and send him (?her) right over to my house.

Yup, did nail cutting last night. How nerve wrecking is that? But all in all got it done. Can I bath these babies. I bathed Ciel yesterday . She acted like she really enjoyed it. The two larger kittens are boys, and the tiniest are the girls.

I can't recall how old your kittens are but if their umbilical cords are not healed I'd just give them a good wipe down with a warm damp cloth. If their cords are healed and atleast 8 to 10 weeks of age I'd say go for it, just be sure to keep them warm afterwards so no one catches cold.

Lol....very nerve wrecking....i had to clip nails on 3 day old babies :Sweat:
I start washing them when they are about 3 or 4 weeks old....not any sooner...they are just so very tiny right now :Smile:

Ciel's babies are two weeks old today. Their umbilical cords look pretty healed, their eyes are opening. They wobble their heads eagerly toward me when I gather them up for their supplement feedings. The next smallest wiggles her ears like little wings as she sucks on the eye dropper. They are tiny looking to m, but I have nothing to compare them to scale wise. As you see from the photos they fit in the palm of my hand.

Okay, looking for more advice...........
the tinniest female is loosing ground. She is less then half of the size of the other three and every time I go in to see them I am afraid she hasn't made it. She barely sucked on the eye dropper with the suppliment this morning. My daughter has offered to take her by herself and feed her frequently and keep her with her at work. Should I go ahead and take her completly away from Ciel?

I am so disheartened since the Waco Cat show. There I found out that Chimere's
(Cherry) grandsire is a known carrier of HCM. I will get her spayed and scanned, but that does little to relive my fear of going through what I did losing Singe.

I am heartbroken that Cadeau took so many problems to his new home and Candy is my hero for accepting him. I can't tell you how many tears I shed (and still do) over him. Another case of buyer beware. I paid a lot of money for a sick cat that I have had on vet visits and different kinds of medications since the day I brought him home trying to find out what was wrong.

Well Kassie took the littlest baby home with her. She was getting so weak she didn't even want to try to nurse. After several tiny feedings she seemed to perk up some. She is now crawling around and crying when its time to eat. She seems stronger. I think she might make it.

Well the runt of the litter is still with us. We have had Tilly (as my daughter has decided to call her) on a dropper with milk suppliment for a week now. She sucks eagerly and eats every 2 to 3 hours. Her one sister and two remaining brothers are three times her size and are beginning to creep around and play. Tilly looks more like a week old kitten than a three week old kitty. Luna ( Medusa) has taken to sleeping in the bed with them. Ciel will lick Luna along with the other babies. Very sweet.

I did try to tell you to Google Google Google with that breeder, i'm sorry that he was sick though I didn't realize you rehomed him.

I hope the little girl makes it, it's a good thing that she is still hanging in there. Keep us updated.

It wasn't that I didn't want or dearly love Cadeau. I made a choice that was best for him, not for me. By the time I did find out about the breeder it was more of less the choice that I would take those two kittens no matter what. Thank goodness *she* is no longer breeding. Her partner found out what a mess she had gotten into with all the issues and neutered and re-homed all the cats that were left behind. t

She cost me absolute thousands in vet bills, lesson learnt the hard way and the two I bought lost their fight a long time ago. :Cry:

You have to do whats best for them and i'm definitely not judging you for rehoming him. It takes more heart to put their needs first than to put ours. :ThumbsUp:

Hope the little girl makes it, she seems to be a fighter.

Oh I paid a lot for Cadeau and spent twice that over in less then six months trying to get him well. My vet just didn't know what the eye issue was at all and he sent Cadeau to a specialist. I am so in the hole money wise, but I wanted him to go where he could get the best possible care. I cried all the way home from the show in Waco. Its a wonder I made it back home. I was an emotional wreak.

Tilly is struggling today. She seems weak, but we are hoping for the best.
The other three are wobbling around on their little legs and trying to climb out of their box. I will try to take somemore photos of them soon. The two boys are so big and the other sister is cute as can be. Cherry and Luna have become big buddies and romp through the house. Both will be spayed soon as Luna is old enough. I plan on getting everyone scanned as well.
