Wow, making me very excited to switch to raw! Congrats it sounds like all the trial and error is paying off and you're finally finding what works for Hendrix!

Yes - raw is amazing in the no-smell-please department!

I actually heard Hendrix use the litter box this morning, and I went out there after he was done - and stuck my head in the litter box (ok, almost stuck it in there) to be sure. And yes, Im sure - poopy no smelly no more!

Did a victory dance right then and there...
Yes, Im also that woman. Poop-obsessed. Hopefully I can forget about poop from now on :D

ha ha ha.

Yesterday being Max's birthday, we gave him a LOT of treats (dehydrated raw). Well last night, just before bed, Max is sprinting out of the 2nd floor bathroom as I'm entering and I gag. Hubby, on the 3rd floor yells down, "WHAT is that SMELL?"

I look in the box... the tiniest and SMELLIEST poop -- not even covered (I guess the smell was even too much for Max he couldn't be arsed to cover it).

Lesson learned... too many treats may cause eye watering poops.

Yea...We bought some dehydrated lamb lung...all the animals love it! Gave all decent sized pieces a few days ago...woke up next morning and run my hand through Ponzu's tail....*hand sticks to something wet* ohgod ohgod ohgod! Wash hands, head downstairs to find a couple diarrhea puddles (not on the carpet luckily!!). Lock Ponzu in bathroom, inform Nate he has shitty kitty to deal with, escape out the door to work.

We're laying off those treats for awhile!
