Lucy Lue's Interview!
It's must be great being SOTM on Sphynxlair! How does that make you feel?
We are so happy. Lucy feels very very special.
How did you find Sphynxlair?
When I was searching for a breeder I came along this wonderful lair. I got to know many of you before Lucy had even arrived. All the questions I had and concern's were always answered so that I was ready for when Lucy came home.
What keeps you coming back to Sphynxlair?
The number one reason I keep coming back to lair, is because of all the friendships I have made. I also know that when I am worried or Lucy is sick I will get advice and support from all of the members. I also come back because I can share pictures of Lucy and know that everyone loves her
Most of you have watched her grow since the day I brought her home.
What does your human/s do for a living?
I (Sara) work for a Catholic retreat center and I take care of retired priest. I was working part time because I have two children but have been working allot more lately. I am hoping to get my schedule back to only three days a week soon so I can have more time on here. My husband (Brian) is a diesel mechanic and works on big trucks, and runs a shop.
Where do you and your human live?
We live in Tacoma Washington. But Lucy was born in Florida. She has lived most her life in Tacoma.
Do you have any pet buddies you share your home with?
Yes Lucy has a dog named Chevy and he is a malamute/husky mix. A kitten names Lilly who is 5 months old. Baba our 14yr old cat who runs the show around the house. Then we have our outdoor cats. Auto,Houdini and any other cat in the neighborhood who wants to be fed. Auto and Houdini want to be outdoor cats they just will not stay indoors no matter how hard we try.
How old are you?
Both my husband and I are 37!!
What's your favorite pass time?
Both my kids play sports and I love watching them. Right now my son is playing football 4 nights a week for 2yrs and my daughter is playing soccer 2 nights a week or 2hrs. So most my time is with my kids. I take Lucy with me allot and she loves all the attention she gets from all the humans she meets.
Do you sleep with your human?
Yes, Lucy sleeps right in the middle of my husband and I. She has her special blanket that she sleeps on under our covers and she sucks her blanket until she falls asleep. If I move and turn over she will jump to the that side and will dig at me to pull the covers open so she can get under the covers right next to me.
