I find it funny that both you and @PrimateLove had to look her up as she is the reason I got my first sphynx. Haha. I had seen a few sphynx in pictures before and always thought what a cool looking cat, that would be a cool cat to own. In high school I wanted a bald rat but my dad said "NO" as i already had a snake, so I had no issues with "different" pets. When I got my first apartment by myself I remember sitting at home watching tv after I sent my son to stay with my family for a few months, and I was lonely. LA ink was on, not sure if it was a rerun or not, but Kat's friend was taking care of her sphynx while she was out of town. And I just thought "God that truly is a beautiful cat!" A week or two later the show was on again and she was crying because her sphynx had died. And I cried like a baby. After that show I stated doing a little more reading about sphynx and then I knew I just had to have one. Found Izzy through a breeder on the web a few months later... The rest is history.
