have been chasing my tail for the last few weeks with scammers and all the horror stories. bumped into a nice lady that pointed me here. my wife is ready for a new hairless baby agian. so the previous person we had used is no longer around ( has been years) would really like to find new cuddle kitty.
can anyone please point me towards a reputable breeder or ? willing to travel in state. please message me, because i read its against the rules to post names and dont want to get in trouble with my first post.
any help would be appreciated

thank you for the welcomes. i have reached out to one breeder recommended here that is in the panhandle , waiting on a reply. just am hoping for one alittle closer and that might have some kittens ready or almost ready for new home.

have followed many of the leads and still no luck, keep getting solicited by sketchy out of country importers or the 0ne that has a kitten available wants a kings ransom for him.. on several waiting lists for upcoming kittens but was hoping for a ready to go home. wife is missing having a small cuddle buddy. might start thinking about out of state breeders if someone can recommend one they have dealt with but wife doesnt want to go this route, she would love to lay her own eyes on the baby. sorry to rant corona stir crazy.

ive come to the conclusion most breeders that ADVERTISE all over the web or classifieds are brokers or email hunters for brokers for kittens from Russia or the Ukraine. some seem legit but more seem really shady. this was so much easier 13 years ago.

@bennybad,Oh totally agree. That is why I will wait for a kitty ,drive or meet the breeder in FL I recommended . there are sooo many scammers out there. she may have a breeder to refer to closer to you?

Just a update, after searching high and low, dealing with scammers, and all sorts and with the few recomeded breeders didnt have any kittens available. We recieived a call from a mom and pop breeder that was recommended we had contacted weeks ago that a kitten they had that was reserved the family backed out.
So we drove 10 hrs up and 10 hrs back with our new family member.
He is 13 weeks old

We have a list if possible names, but we want to see the little mans personality first before we name him. So at the moment it is TBD, to be determined. Our vet had a chuckle about this when we made his appointment and we had to list a name.

vet visit went well
3.3 lbs
had a small wet sneeze once or twice a hour
little congestion in chest , so antibiotics for 10 days
all blood work and tests good
has been fed a 50/50 mix of natures varieties INSTINCT kitten kibble and instinct ultimate protein with water added
life so far
play hard, eat, poop and pee then sleep. then repeat
