Looking for adoptions East Cost

Hi my husband and I are looking for adoption opportunities around the East Coast. Ideally looking for heart health certified, I think that's HCM scanning? We are open to a retired ones or honestly whoever we can find <3 Kittens or adult. Preferably within Mass, Penn, NY or CT but depending on where we would probably drive out and meet.

We are experienced nakie owners, we had two liter mates and loved the dearly. They both had enlarged hearts and passed before turning 6. We were crushed but ready after 2 years of waiting to adopt.

I know its a long shot for adoption/rehome most of the time. But why not make a post and try!

@CamedSoup , ((hugs))) so sorry your sweet babies gained angel wings. I adopted in my girls honor. several of us have adopted from members. I have all adoptees. I always try to help hearts align. stay active and check often . I truly believe they send us the one(s) to love like they knew in this world.

sharing, I adopted a wonderful 2 yr old spayed HCM scanned , etc retiree from a reputable FL breeder. My girl is 15 1/2 yrs old now . my other adoptee from a member at age 3 is turning 16 yrs old soon. some of us adopted bonded pairs here too.
