Lump on neck

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know if anyone has an idea of what this lump on my nakid baby could possibly be, she is 19 weeks? I have an appointment with a vet next week, but I am driving myself crazy Googling what it could be. It showed up on 1/5/23, it wasn't there the day before and when I was getting ready for work in the morning, I noticed it. It doesn't hurt her, doesn't look like it is itchy, and it isn't hard. I tried massaging it out and it did flatten a little bit and this morning it is still more flat than round. Any advice or encouragement would be welcomed!

@RosyPosy89 , I am perplexed as well... glad you have a vet appointment. I personally would leave it be and let us know if the swelling is going down. my first thought a bug? spider bite? we have seen with some nakids. any recent vaccines or microchipping done?

Very curious to see what your vet says. Any change in food, detergent etc? Be sure to share any environmental changes you can think of with your vet.

Hi try not to worry too much, let your vet have a look at it and beware of self torture with Dr Google* , it may just cause more worry. My girl Kiwi has a lump just below her shoulder. We took her to the vet and a cyst was diagnosed in this case, we were advised to leave it alone , although if it does grow in size and cause her problems, she could have it removed as a last resort. Keep the updates coming x

It looks so much like what Jade got when she had an abcess. Only this is on a totally different place.

Hello! She is 100% ! The bump went away before the vet could take a good look at it, but he did mention to watch what she eats because it was more than likely an allergic reaction to something

. And I think it is some beef heart that I cook for my dogs that she stole from their food bowls...she is turning out to be a little food thief with them LOL

Her name is Evee...after the Pokémon LOL. She is really so amazing, and she is definitely a sphynx parrot, I bought a little carrier that looks kind of like a baby carrier so that way she can walk with me all over the house since she will just follow me and try to jump or climb on me when I am trying to clean or cook ha ha ha. Right now, her favorite toy is my ponytail bands and completely ignores all the toys that I bought her, so much so that my dogs think the toys are theirs lol To say that my house has been a LOT more chaotic since her arrival would be an understatement but it is really the best kind of chaotic

@RosyPosy89 , awh Evee is precious! I can just see her in her carrier! love to see pic! oh, my girls fav is my hairbands too! I have to hid them in a little plastic lidded jar I got at the dollar store. I can't leave them out or pups and kittles will chew them and I dont want an obstruction. my nakids were too smart and learned to open the bathroom drawer where I used to hide the hairbands when not in use. same here with their fav dabird pole toy. only supervised use as will chew/tangle in string, so that gets hidden in a closest lol
