thank You everyone for your thoughts and Prayers and huggs.
The appointment did not go too well, its not an abscess. Vet did an white bloodcell test and its in great range, so its not an infection. She said, if we want it biobsy'ed she will do it and send it out, but has to run a full bloodpannel on him, since he did very bad last time in anesthesia.
We declined the biobsy, last time we paid over 400 just for the biobsy ( Hansel has no insurance , I was told he was too old to be insured when we got him . ) . He had cancer last year on his leg and it was removed. Our Vet said, she is pretty sure its the same cancer and that it just spread probably. She has seen this same growing on another cat not too long ago and had to take leg and part of the shoulder away and the Cat did not make it. The way his anesthesia was last time, she also feels he would not be strong enough. ( 3 hour surgery ) .
So we took our Boy home and we will love on him until its time for him . I said already , I want NO Pain for him. I dont want him to suffer . The growing is so close to his main vein, she said , it could be possible , that he has a stroke if it presses the right way on it . Possibilities are endless right now, we know we have him home and he acts normal and we love him. She said it could go really quick, be prepared.
I been crying so much. Its our busy time, I cant and couldnt leave work today and i was just balling my eyes out all day . I know he is still here with us but I love him so much. He is seriously the best cat ever!
( I do love my 2 sphynxies too dont get me wrong ) .
My husband always calls him "the Legend!" he is . He truly is .

@assibassi We all only have one heart cat. How wonderful Hansel holds that title in your heart and home. I know you are devastated...but celebrate his life and the fact he is preparing you. Very few of us get a heads up and the shock is unbearable...we know first handily. Your vet has been open and honest and how wonderful they are not after a Miracle/$ but are all about letting Hansel live a life of pride , love and happiness with his family.

Oh I am so sorry to hear this news. I know how hard it is to be faced with costs and trying to make the right calls for your family. Especially when the outcome does not look good.
I hope that you and Hansel get lots of quality time together over the holidays to cuddle and play.

So sorry to hear this. I recently lost my little cornie Rupert and I feel the same way about him as you do your hansel. Cornie boys are just the sweetest. Give him lots of love for me. I will pray for you both. Hopefully you will get one last Christmas together.

Oh hun! I am so sorry! I understand how you feel about Hansel. I love all my babies, but Ash is my heart cat. It is so devastating when you don't hear what you're praying for. I know he's in good hands, though, and that he's well loved and you can bet he knows that too. Praying you still have good quality time left. ::HUGS:: to you.

I am so very sorry to hear about Hansel. I know he is your loving baby. I hope and pray he has as much time possible with you and that he is not in much pain. We will be thinking of you and him during this time.

I am just now reading this and my heart just breaks to hear about your sweet Hansel. I know how much you love him and I know you won't let him suffer. I am praying for healing for Hansel and courage for you. I loved what @Yoda mom said about him being surrounded by your love and that it's all he knows. If his time with you is coming to an end (I pray it's not.), then slipping gently from this life surrounded by love isn't such a bad thing. He will always be with you because heart cats just are....they live there in your heart permanently. And someday, I believe with all my heart that you will see him again.
But I am not giving up hope that this thing will shrink and disappear....so that is what I 'll be praying for.
