7/9/25 Update :

Please keep Boo (Sketch) ,( nearing 12 next month )in your prayers for his follow up appointment wellness check /blood work this Friday Morning. He has been on meds for high liver enzymes for quite some time. This week has become wobbly, signs muscle mass loss and diarrhea( despite canned pumpkin, rice, a teaspoon of low sodium cottage cheese. Loose stool continues this week.) I fear late stage liver failure

His xray in January showed moderately enlarged liver. He has high liver enzymes .

I plan on a quality of life assessment during the appointment with my vet who has been with me for him since I adopted him at 3 yrs old. I will keep my promise to him if it should be. He is my Boo Bear and I love him soo much.

Thank you all for the loving thoughts for Boo.

Today, I kept my promise to Boo to be his best friend when he needed me most . an immeasurable hurt to do right by him with selfless love.

Today I had to have the courage and strength to be his voice with wings of peace and dignity. I owed it to Boo for being my faithful best friend always by my side with a gentle smile soft touch.

Rest in love my Sweetest Sketch-a-Boo. "Until Then" my best friend. You were a warrior and it was time to fly in the arms of the angels.
Through my tears, Remembering the love, soo much love. You gained your wings today in my arms surrounded with soo much love . You had no idea what reports said about your liver and stomach cancer tumors . You only knew love and flew free after playing tug,sharing cuddles, and a full belly of your fav treats and MacieMaes can of food you always loved licking the spoon.
