10 things about me and/or my kitty
1. I have wanted a hairless cat since I saw them on tv at the age of 12, but I never thought I would own one.
2. I still wouldn't own one if it wasn't for my dear hubby who said "Let's do it!"
3. I pretend to be upset that she likes me best (but secretly I love it!)
4. I go through naked withdrawal at work, and when I come home, she is the first thing I kiss...much to the hubs dismay.
5. I am a special education teacher
6. Angel is a Bambino, which I had NEVER heard of until I contacted my breeder.
7. When people ask me how much I paid for my cat, I lie...(I know it's a bad thing, but I do it anyway).
8. Angel has a brother that is still waiting to be adopted (and I want him sooooooo much).
9. When we took her to the vet for the first time, EVERY vet tech had to come take a look.
10. I would love to add a blue sphynx to my zoo.

Ok why not...
1) Ellie was meant to be in my life. What are the chances of a sphynx being in a shelter at just the right time for me to see it?
2) Ellie' s favorite toy is Da'bird.
3) My one cat has two heating pads. One on the bed next to my head and one on her cat tree in the bedroom.
4) I adore the show "The Walkind Dead" and am uber excited for the midseason premiere next Sunday.
5) I drug children for a living. (

6) I also have 9 rats. Most of them are named after characters from "The Big Bang Theory."
7) I just bought my first house last year and am thrilled to abandon apartment living.
8) I love gardening and urban farming.
9) I love to do charcoal life drawings.
10) I taught myself to sew. Somehow I missed that lesson in childhood.
Ok lemme go hunt for the next one...

OMG I keep thinking, do I want to move back? I grew up in Atlanta but I don't think I could handle it now. It's gotten so big and the traffic is such a nightmare. I really am thinking about moving to the Athens area. Where do you live now?I'm originally from Athens!Go Dawgs!

Well if you are driving into the city from there I totally understand why you hate it. But every time I turn around people are living further and further out. My cousin's kid moved to Dacula....I remember when that was where 316 ended when I was driving to Athens and I used to wonder what kind of crazy person would live out there
FWIW I graduated UGA in 83 so things have changed "a little" right!!!

Nah, I'm a stay at home mom, but I still hate living here. It just sucks and has become a seedy town. Ok I'm done hijacking the thread! 3. My brother smashed half of his front tooth as a kid and two months later I did the same on the same tooth! I have a veneer though; so I don't have to worry about terrifying people.
My sister broke half of her front tooth out and I did three of them right after her!! I had caps on until my car/train accident after which they had to pull 2 of them, so now I have a bridge.
Thank you. We lost him to brain cancer in September. :cry: And we were finally making strides with his PTSD. But at least we know he knew love at the end.

8. I drive because I have to, but I hate it! On my first driving test, a deer ran across the road into my car. The second was a pheasant and on my third, a mattress from a dreams lorry fell out on the motorway in front of me. I got there on the sixth time! (No doubt I am a nervous driver!)
I hate to drive also, but only in the last few years for some reason. I just cannot believe your driving test record. Wow! I mean, of course, I believe you, just insane.
