Hope everything is going well. I have lost family to cancer and a guy at work is going through it now. Was watching Dr Oz when I was sick and saw this and it was pretty interesting. http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/anti-cancer-shopping-list

Traveling a lot and eating a terrible diet it really makes you think. Hope you find it an interesting read. Worst part is when I looked at the list there were so few things on it that I eat.

Hi all! Today is the first day I have felt up to getting on the computer for a few minutes. I had to stay an extra day in hospital so didn't get home till Sat pm. There is a bit more pain this time probably because they had to reopen the incision from the first time. I am resting alot but doing fine. TY all for all your kind thoughts and prayers.
