This morning I found some veal sweetbreads on sale, I was so excited all the way home because its so hard for me to find organ meats. Got all ready to cut this stuff up and freezer bag it. I opened the package and OMG the stink, stank, stunk! That stuff smells so bad and I bought 5 big packages. I really didnt think I was going to make it thru the cutting.
I cannot believe that animals want to eat that, they ate some tho. Oh slimy and stinky, gushy, mushy and some had a little hair stuck to it. Ok, what else stinks that bad so I can avoid it?

I'm sorry I have no advice besides wearing a medical mask when you're cutting up the pieces
