Same here, but then we have the same breeder. :) I will continue with the Go. I wish I had switched Vito ages ago. His poop is so much better and hardly smells at all.

I never heard of Go. What exactly is it: canned and dry food? Where can I find it? Also, if there is a web site, please let me know. Thanks.

I agree however i have to watch Arista closely or she will run to Mandy's Dish and eat her food ,her food , i feed her authority lamb because the poor dog is allergic to chicken and pork products so meal time has to be in different places lol then theres my moms cat who sneaks around also ha

In reply to my request for Royal Canin Sphynx 33. This is the email I received just this morning:

Hi Christine,

Thank you for taking the time to contact Royal Canin. We appreciate your inquiry. I am sorry to report that the Sphynx formula is not available in the US. Check back in the future, as this may be a formula that we add to our line.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Warm regards,
Nicole

well that sucks!!! i was going to check the royal canin website to see if i can order it at the vets tomorrow

This thread is a very interesting read.
Nika eats Orijen cat & kitten. She is 6 years old and has always eaten dry food only, and has always been healthy.

Should I look into supplementing her dry food with wet?
I like the dry - it has a smaller impact on the environment and the smell is not offensive - but I will do what is best for her.

I did the RAW thing for a while but the entire reason was so Violet would loose weight and she hated RAW.. We now feed Simply Nourish and they love it and Violet is down 2+ lbs.

There are so many cat food in the market. I always but those food that can be healthy for my cat. Looking after a pet is more than just a lot of work; it can cost you a ton of money. This is especially true if you get the pet at an early age. It may cost a lot of money, but owning a dog that loves you is always worth the cost.

I just give raw food. They love it. And the skin / fur is soooooo beautiful.
And the teeth are better. So maybe i can put off the teeth operation.

I use Royal canine for both of mine. One is on "sensible", he used to have the runs. The other one is on "indoor".
I fill theirs bowls once in the morning , once in the evening, they each eat their own and seem happy :)

My cats eat Wellness Core, a grain free food. I think as far as dry it has one of the highest percentages of protein. But I think I am going to try raw.

I am waiting in the wings for my angel of light to come join our family... I am currently seeking advice on food and I will ask this: What is the thought of Evanger's wet or dry food for cats? I use their wet food for my bull terrier, so I thought it might be just as good for my new family. Any comments?

Wow I almost feel like a bad owner now because I don't feed Meecho anything fancy. I've found that she loves to eat Wholesome Goodness by Meow Mix. It has the smaller peices that fit in her mouth better, but the break in her mouth just a little bit better. I've tried other brands and this is the one she can't seem to get enough of.

I use a dry food that I have not seen posted here. I did much research on various dry foods while waiting on my gottcha date. Chloes breeder fed his sphynx the brand made by tractor trailer and supply store. Its grain free. When I compared it too high end dry foods it was pretty comparable. Because of this and the fact Chloe loves it. I have continued to use it. The kibble is small too.

Well things have changed a lot with the food here since we had khaleesi. She suffers with diarreah on and off. She was doing great with a 50% raw diet and 50% royal canin kitten. Started getting looser- switched to 50% raw and 50% bozita. Back to solid again! Now she is getting looser again :( so back to the vets yesterday and he has said to put her on royal canin gastro only for 2 weeks. If she is ok then reintroduce other foods - if not then back to the drawing board :sigh binx, Luna and Lola can eat anything and still have solid poop. It gets frustrating when you think you've finally cracked it!

My breeder gets hers from the tractor supply store. She uses Wellness Core, it's a great brand .... Grain-free and the first 5 ingredients are meat.

I feed my cats friskies wet can food mixed with purina kitten kibbles. Wasabi refuses to eat the nice organic food and Izzy has had issues with getting sick after eating organic food. I want to try raw but with izzys sensitive tummy and Wasabi refusing to eat it I don't know how well that will go over in this house. I feed kitten kibbles because it helps them keep their weight up. Both my kitties are petite.

I started to feel a little bad because I don't feed Puddin' anything special - just Purina Naturals (no additives, preservatives). But I have many cats, so it's difficult as it is to feed different kinds of food. He's eaten it since he was four months old. I bought him fancy all natural grain free kitten kibble and he HATED it, ended up stealing the adult foods. I haven't had any issues with the store bought. Wish I could afford to raw feed...
