I use Life's Abundance per my breeder's requirements. I really want to find something better for her to eat but everything available at my local petco has fillers in it. Even all the wet food!

@AnneBosnjak , I fed lifes abundance for pups and dogs for years.
but never knew about the rewards program and the pyramid like workings of it. be sure to learn more about it and see about the free bags of food, etc. I never knew till years later. I got mad I literally lost out on soo much food I ended up switching. call and ask Lifes abundance direcctly about being a rep and the perks.
Life's Abundance is sold by what is commonly known as MLM...multi-level marketing. It is sold through breeders and other people in the pet care ...

@AnneBosnjak , sharing I found out years later :
sharing, switched kitties to Nutrisource cat and kitten food years ago, no recalls, touted or gut health. no poo or skin issues.

Forget about oven baked tradition, my Pika does'nt like it. She takes them out, and leave them by the bowl. Eats only the other kibbles which I used to mix together. Now she's only on Origen for her dry food , and Almo nature and Merrick's wet food. Almo nature canned food is awesome, there is absolutely nothing but meat in them and my cat goes insane for them, keeps on licking the bowl even empty!
My foster cats do the same with Oven Baked Tradition. I've been wondering if it's their shape and density, making it difficult for cats to chew? I'm new to the world of cats and have only seen four or five different brands of dry food up to now.

@shaunaO , welcome to the lair family. don't hesitate to start your own post in the forums with any questions. it's an older thread, so may not get a reply from the member you tagged. we don't want to miss any of your questions. hugs n head smooches. bless your heart for fostering. yes, in my experience some foods shapes ,density can make a difference especially if they maybe missing teeth or any underlying dental issues. hugs n head smooches to all paws.
