Hello, all!
My kitten, Lilith, has been a very picky little girl from the moment I got her. The breeder had her and her siblings all eating Authority chicken and she did eat that the first two days I had her...and then things went south very fast.
She stopped eating wet food entirely and wasn't eating much dry so I took her to the vet where she was healthy aside from a small bout of feline Covid. While she recovered, I was recommended Royal canine gastrointestinal by her vet and she did also use that for a few months...and then she got bored of that. so far, she seems to prefer her dry food (royal canine) but she goes through period where she will enthusiastically love either wet baby blue (blue buffalo), wellness core kitten wet, and the gastrointestinal. She refuses tiki, authority, nulo, etc.
She's 100% healthy according to the vet but her not wanting to eat wet food much is concerning to me. The vet says this isn't a cause for concern but the breeder told me she should be eating at least 2/3 times a day wet and sometimes I can only get her to eat it once.
She's currently 9-10 lbs depending on the time of day I weigh her and she is the love of my life.
