The RFM grinds are very good for beginners because they already include the bones and organs. I'm not a fan of calcium supplements; if I'm feeding natural foods I want real bone for calcium.
But I prefer to buy rabbit from Hare Today. They raise their own rabbits or buy them from neighboring farms. Companies like RFM and all the ones you mentioned buy the rabbits from others so they have to mark up the price.
I buy all my chicken from Wild Fork Foods. This is a human store. I have to do my own grinding but I know EXACTLY what my cats are eating. Also I get only air chilled, ABF chicken and it still costs me under $2 per pound. Best deal on chicken hearts too.
