Hey, I was just browsing through and found this thread! cool to see that my tattoo is in here! I tattooed this Impish Sphynx-Creature on a tattooer friend of mine named John Kang. I did another one, of my Dobby's father (Anubis) on his owner/ my tattoo Mentor, Dave just before taking my little Dobby home! both of these are tattoos that I've done! If anyone is looking for a great spot to come get a Sphynx related tattoo, check out my instagram profile @shanebakertattoo! (i also have several talented coworkers @niteowltattoomass ) We're located in Northampton, Massachusetts, but keep an eye on Instagram, because we do conventions nationally and internationally on occasion! So, I'm done, for now... it's swollen and gooey and my hubby is the worst of photographers!

Very nice! If your ever in the Jersey area - I'm looking to add to what I have, been wanting to finish a very small half sleeve on my forearm and add a half sleeve to my other top arm, give me a heads up! :D

@Xandria , :) I Like potatoes chips ( sometimes ) and love my 4 Sphynx :) And riding a harley people always assume I have ink :)

I Always talk about a tribute piece of my first ^Yoda^ ^bengals^ and ^rotties^ but my man
said he wouldn't like it on me :( even though he has two tats - lol he doesn't like piercings either but oh well , had them before him- now if kitties would stop running across me snagging them .. Ouch

I have friends who own a shop in Asbury Park, I've also done the Asbury Park convention a few times... I also occasionally guest spot on Long Island, at Empire State Studios! If you follow me on Instagram @shanebakertattoo I generally post up about upcoming travels! but if you don't instagram, i can try to remember to post up here too!

@Shanebakertat2 I loooooove that impish tat. (ok, a few too many eyes, but I love the cat and the "muahahaha" feel it gave) If I weren't such a total wuss (I'm scared of needles) I'd have a tat done, but alas... I think I would faint lol. I would have to be completely out to get one done -- which isn't allowed, so it'll never happen. I do admire the work you guys do with a total sense of awe. :) I can't even draw that well with a pencil, let alone with anything else, on a possibly "moving target" :)

Yeah, no one likes to tattoo a moving target! Thanks for the compliments though! I'm a big fan of creatures, and sphynx cats are total creatures... so it was inevitable that I transformed one into a creature of my own! (and now that I have my own little Dobby - He's vital reference in my home! )

Had a sitting today and added to the pain.... but as I fear, once you start, you're never done... (talked to my artist and we were in agreement that the eyes of the cats needs more and also Ossis cheeks, but we'll get there) Now I'm taking a break during spring and summer.

This made me cry a little. It's so beautiful it aches in my heart. goodness... the love in that ink. HUGS
